How are your products manufactured?

From concept to creation, we oversee the production of all of our products. We integrate responsive design with smart technology and high quality materials to produce each piece. Continuous improvement is part of our culture, and a priority of our manufacturing quality managers. We also work with established and talented hardware vendors from around the world, and complete manufacturing and assembly processes in Shenzhen. Our engineering team ensures all parts are in compliance with international safety and quality standards such as RoHS and CE.

of your products?

The total defective rate is less than 0.002% in regular use, according to statistics over the past several years.

What kind of battery do you use in your vape pens?

All vape pen batteries use class A lithium-ion polymer battery cells.

Why are there so many options with BOLD cartridges and batteries?

BOLD has engineered their products to meet the needs and demands of the producers of refined oil extracts.  The aperture and battery temperature options are designed to give processors and consumers the ability to fine tune their volume, taste and give the desired, personalized experience.
